3. Orders and pricing
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. Prices are shown in USD and may change before we accept your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping method you select.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before we ship your order. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States using DHL. Shipping costs start at $4.53 USD and are free on orders above $56.89 USD. Estimated delivery is 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
6. Intellectual property
All content on velvario.shop, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Velvario or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velvario is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
