Processing and delivery
Orders are processed and handed to DHL as quickly as possible. Once your parcel is with the carrier, the estimated delivery window is 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Velvario cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Returns and refunds
If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact our support team and we will guide you through the process.
